What are your office hours?

Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $35 for credit, eviction, and criminal background checks.

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent in accordance with California law (Civ. Code, § 1950.5.)

Do we allow pets?

Pets are only allowed in our single-family residences.

Do we accept Section 8 or any type of housing vouchers?

We do not accept Section 8 or housing vouchers at this time.

What are your leasing terms?

We offer one-year leasing terms, then month-to-month.

Which utilities is a resident responsible for?

Utilities vary by property. Please refer to the lease agreement.

Does the property come with laundry facilities?

All properties come with in-unit laundry facilities.
